Being part of the SNS team for last 6 years has been a fulfilling experience. It has not been just another job for me, but an experience I am still savoring. I joined SNS against all odds especially since I am a developer and joining a niche player in the software testing space was not something that excited me. It was a series of discussions with the people at SNS that finally convinced me that the technology focus of the company would grant me a lot of scope as a software developer.
Today I can proudly say that continuous learning, increasing responsibilities, multiple roles have all added to my quality of life and has never made me regret my decision.
The SNS philosophy of being at the frontiers of new technologies has provided the motivation for taking on the challenges in the dynamic environment of software development and testing.
For me, it has been a sense of achievement being part of the SNS team

I joined SNS with lots of doubts in my mind and was not even fully convinced if I was making the right move. All I knew about SNS was that it was a software testing company based in Pune and did not have an office at Bangalore (which was my biggest concern since I hail from Bangalore). My first assignment was at Hyderabad. So I never got a chance to have first hand feel of the company. I got an opportunity to visit the Pune office for the first time when we had the Town Hall meeting, 2 months after I had joined SNS. The moment I stepped into the office I knew I had made the right move. The office was full of young, energetic and bubbly people. For the first time I realised that work place could be fun too.
Though I have always worked outside Pune (mostly Bangalore), I know I belong here. Looking back I always thank my sixth sense which forced me take the decision of joining SNS against all odds. It has been more than 4 years since I joined this wonderful company that has been moving forward scaling greater heights and achieving one milestone after another each year. With an excellent mix of youth, talent, skill and experience combined with a dynamic and a very approachable CEO at the top, without second thoughts I can blindly say SNS is best place for people to start their careers as one gets to learn lot of things here. The very thought that I am part of this organization is in itself a great motivation. The opportunities and responsibilities given to me at SNS has helped me change not only the way I work but also the way I look at life in general. I take pride in being an SNS-ite and never miss an opportunity to say so.
