Ashish Shah, CEO
An entrepreneur by approach and a technocrat at heart, Ashish’s vision and energy have been the driving force behind SNS Technologies®.
Ashish has a wide range of experience of 14 years, covering multiple business segments and technologies in the IT industry. He is especially interested in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and even has patents to his name in this domain.
A Masters in Computer Science from the University of Houston, TX, Ashish has played pivotal roles in Project Management and Consulting. He worked with e-business leader Trilogy Software Inc., followed by a stint at pcOrder.com that continued till he returned to India to start SNS Technologies®.
Kishore Motwani, Consultant
At SNS, Kishore works as a consultant working with the senior management team on corporate development and strategies. He has been a part of the IT industry for 18 years and has experience in all aspects of offshore software development and working with onsite teams.
Since 1996, he has been consulting with Indian and global small/mid sized companies with niche offerings.
Prior to consulting, Kishore has worked as a software application engineer for the process industry working on the Allen Bradley and Honeywell distributed control systems.
Kishore has a B.E. Degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (University of Pune).
Maheshwar Kanitkar, Delivery Head – QA
Maheshwar has over 14 years of IT experience and has delivered software products and solutions for Fortune 500 customers. He has vast experience in working with product based and service based organizations. He also has worked with start ups, mid size organizations and large product companies and has executed projects using CMMI & Agile methodology.
Maheshwar has also worked to build Test center of Excellence (TCOE) for product companies. He is a regular speaker at Testing conferences.
Maheshwar has done Industrial Electronics Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, India. In addition, he has MCSE, MCSA and SCSA certifications.
Pankaj Batra, Delivery Head – Development
Pankaj is responsible for the delivery and execution of projects at SNS. Additionally, he focuses on the development teams to keep up to date with the latest technological trends.
Pankaj has over 11 years of experience in the software industry encompassing Software Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Process Implementation, Project & Program Management. He has been associated with service as well as product development organizations.
Prior to SNS, Pankaj was a Software Consultant at ZS Associates. Previously, he was a Project Manager at Infosys Technologies and also led the Product Development at Lightbulb Technology Partners.
Pankaj has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, University of Pune, India and is also an active PMP since July 2005.
Devesh Hingorani, Director – Finance, Administration & Legal
At SNS, Devesh is responsible for Finance, Administration & Legal functions bringing in strong knowledge of statutory and commercial activities gained during his 10+ years of experience in the IT & Construction industries.
Devesh is closely associated with Software Exporters' Association of Pune (SEAP) the pioneer association of Software Exporters in Pune having been a member of its Executive Committee for many years; he also served the association as its Secretary in 2005 and as its Vice President in 2008.
Devesh also represents Pune IT Industry in the internal advisory and grievance committees of Central Excise, Service Tax & Customs departments respectively.
Having completed his Bachelor in Commerce, he also holds a Masters Degree in Computer Management and a PG Diploma in Finance Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. |
