SNS' Management Team:

Ashish Shah, CEO

Ashish is the Chief Executive Officer of SNS Technologies^® (SNS), a company that he started 12 years ago which works with entrepreneurs and startups in the software products industry to help them during the life-cycle of its products or technology-enabled services, with the goal of helping the companies to focus on customer development.

In his career before SNS, Ashish was a manager with pcOrder.com where he led the initiative of improving process for data collection and quality for the internet startup. During his 4 years with Trilogy Software, Ashish served several roles in consulting organization and product development wherein he invented a rules-based engine and holds a couple of patents.

Ashish has an MS in computer science from University of Houston and an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from University of Pune, India.

He serves as an Advisory Board Member at Wizbots.


Ashwin Megha, Chief Operating Officer

Ashwin is the Chief Operating Officer of SNS Technologies^®(SNS). He ensures the smooth execution of the technical deliveries for the projects under Development, Testing and Support & Maintenance with a focus on improving software development processes, methodology and quality of service for our clients.

Ashwin has 17 years of experience in managing and delivering multiple, simultaneous (onsite and offshore) engagements with start-ups as well as large multinational organizations. At DSL Software Limited (a JV between HCL Technologies Ltd and Deutsche Bank), he worked closely with the Bank to develop their Investment Banking applications. At Tech Mahindra Limited, Ashwin was instrumental in managing large development programs with multi-vendor teams in the Telcom space.

Ashwin has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, University of Pune, India and an MBA from University of Pune.


Kishore Motwani, Consultant

At SNS, Kishore works as a consultant working with the senior management team on corporate development and strategies. He has been a part of the IT industry for 18 years and has experience in all aspects of offshore software development and working with onsite teams.

Since 1996, he has been consulting with Indian and global small/mid sized companies with niche offerings.

Prior to consulting, Kishore has worked as a software application engineer for the process industry working on the Allen Bradley and Honeywell distributed control systems.

Kishore has a B.E. Degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (University of Pune).


Pankaj Batra, Delivery Head

Pankaj is responsible for the delivery and execution of projects at SNS. Additionally, he focuses on the development teams to keep up to date with the latest technological trends.

Pankaj has over 11 years of experience in the software industry encompassing Software Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Process Implementation, Project & Program Management. He has been associated with service as well as product development organizations.

Prior to SNS, Pankaj was a Software Consultant at ZS Associates. Previously, he was a Project Manager at Infosys Technologies and also led the Product Development at Lightbulb Technology Partners.

Pankaj has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, University of Pune, India and is also an active PMP since July 2005.


Devesh Hingorani, Director – Finance, Administration & Legal

At SNS, Devesh is responsible for Finance, Administration & Legal functions bringing in strong knowledge of statutory and commercial activities gained during his 10+ years of experience in the IT & Construction industries.

Devesh is closely associated with Software Exporters' Association of Pune (SEAP) the pioneer association of Software Exporters in Pune having been a member of its Executive Committee for many years; he also served the association as its Secretary in 2005 and as its Vice President in 2008.

Devesh also represents Pune IT Industry in the internal advisory and grievance committees of Central Excise, Service Tax & Customs departments respectively.

Having completed his Bachelor in Commerce, he also holds a Masters Degree in Computer Management and a PG Diploma in Finance Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
