  • Preferably on Web based applications ( working knowledge of IBM Websphere, Tivolli Access manager, XML).
  • Good Testing and Automation skills.

  • Ability to analyse Functional Documents and design Test Scenarios, Timelines, metrics.
  • Should be able to lead and mentor junior Team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Team members on Test asset review and Test Execution. 

Qualifications: BE/ MCA (specialisation in Java, Jscript prefererably).

Location: Pune, India

Job Description:

  • Will perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of proposals documents in order to increase revenue for the company.
  • Build and lead a team of sales support team comprising of research specialists, telemarketers.
  • Responding to RFPs/ RFQs, creating marketing collaterals etc.
  • Managing channel partners in the US. Responsible for targets set for the partners as well

Qualifications: Graduate in a relevant degree with MBA or equivalent

Essential:

  • Desired Experience 4-6 years of experience
  • A top sales professional with proven track record in selling deals to large as well as SME sectors. Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Drives the sale with the key decision leader/client and leads teams and/or work efforts as needed.
  • Should have excellent negotiation skills. Should be experienced in negotiating and selling to the C level.
  • Should be self-motivated with excellent inter-personal skills to lead, motivate and operate at very senior levels.
  • Should possesses broad understanding of IT industry and extensive knowledge of the sales process.
  • Should be open to extensive travel.
  • Work timings would be as per the UK working hours.
